Our Transaction Advisory services include:
- Financial and Operational Due Diligence may include (but not be limited to) a quality of earnings analysis ("QoE"), compilation (or preparation) of workforce plans, business process review, and other industry specific analyses (such as 4-Wall EBITDA, capex projections, loan portfolio duration, collateral analysis, etc.) for both buy-side and sell-side parties
- Transaction & Negotiation Support may involve liaising with legal counsel to evaluate potential risks and opportunities, financial modeling services to validate the reasonableness and feasibility of counterparty assumptions or proposals, and coordination with capital providers and investment bankers to facilitate transactions
- Lender Reporting and Covenant Testing includes the implementation and development of uniform reporting modules to assess compliance with conditions and covenants stipulated in credit agreements
